Galley Provisioning and Cooking for Multihull Sailing

The attached pdf file contains the presentation given by Elana Ripniz from Port Townsend at our May meeting.  It contains great advice about menu planning and provisioning for multihulls which often have only rudimentary galleys.  Especially valuable are the recipes that are included at the end of the file.  These are proven recipes that require only hot water and thermoses for cooking.
