2004

Greetings all, Congrats to Ron Radko and crew on Trillium's inclusion in the Top Twenty Race Boats of Puget Sound! That makes three multi's in the top 20. I believe that is a first. 2004 races results to date are: South Sound Series- Winter Vashon: Makika F-25C first, Dragonfly Formula forty cat second, Danger Zone F-27 third, Cuttlefish F-27 fourth, Strider F-9A fifth. Duwamish Head: Strider first, Cuttlefish second, Dragonfly third, Makika fourth, Danger Zone DNF Toliva Shoals: Danger Zone first, Dragonfly second, Strider third, Cuttlefish DNF When I can schedule some time on my Cray super computer, I'll try to figure out the standings. Next Race for the NWMA season championship is Blakely Rock March 6 ,-/-, Martyn

Martyn: Did you ever get a list of the races that constitute the NW Multihull Racer of the Year Award? Kinda got a little of everything this Saturday didn't we! Couldn't get new outboard to start after race on Saturday and had to be towed in. Left the boat in Olympia after the race to deal with it on Sunday. Came back on Sunday and had it start on the second pull. "Go Figure". Took the boat home as long as it was running with sunny skies, light southerly wind and big ebb tide. Made it back to Duwamish moorage in 4 hours 15 minutes. Never done it faster than 5 and 1/2 hrs before. Shut the engine off and it wouldn't restart! Taking it in this week. Talk soon, Pat
